DEZn
Product description
Metallic Purity >= 99.9999 weight % zinc (typical) Characteristics
Packaging Semiconductor grade DEZn is bottled in an electro-polished 316L stainless steel cylinder equipped with two arms, each of them has a bellows valve and a 1/4" VCR fitting (fill port), and a dip tube. Representative cylinder sizes and loadings are shown below.
Storage DEZn is stable when stored under a dry, inert atmosphere and away from heat. Safety and handling DEZn ignites on exposure to air and reacts violently with water and other compounds containing active hydrogen. Hydrocarbon solutions of DEZn may also ignite on exposure to air. Products of complete combustion of DEZn and its solutions thereof are zinc oxide, carbon dioxide, and water. If it ignites, you should use the dry-chemical fire-extinguisher; you can also use sand or asbestos cloth to put out fire in a small area. Do not heat DEZn above 120°C. At temperatures above 150°C, autocatalytic, violent decomposition will occur. DEZn causes severe burns to the skin and eyes. DEZn can be kept steadily if encapsulated in stainless containers, protected by high purity inert gases and put in shady and cool places. In moving or transporting, it must be dealt with carefully and slightly; away from heat source; and avoid being shaken or bumped. This information should be thoroughly reviewed before accepting this product. Analysis Nata utilizes the highest precision analysis instruments to ensure that MOCVD precursors are free from impurities. We detect the organic / alkolide impurities by NMR, and trace metallic impurities by ICP-OES and ICP-MS. Cylinders We have been engaged to the R&D of the advanced cylinders from 1990 which enable us to supply high purity MO precursors to the customers today. The cylinders we manufacture now have the features as follows:
